"I first met Sheri at an open home in Greerton early 2021. She kept in touch sending me properties to view. After two unsuccessful multi offers on properties through her during the year, just before Christmas she suggested we viewed 3b Townhead Cres, a property with do up potential.
A few days before Christmas, Sheri phoned to say an offer was coming in on it and we decided to have a go. Sheri had already left for her Christmas holiday but we managed to get the offer signed and presented with 5 minutes to spare. This time we were the successful bidders.
Trying to source tradies for quotes over the statutory period was challenging and Sheri spent some time meeting them at the property early January. As soon as the property went unconditional, we started the renovation and by the end of February we were back on the market and had the buyer through in the first week and under contract early March! Just in time before the market started to change." Sheri was always available to help on phone, email or in person at short notice. Hopefully more deals together!
